Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at DULCÉ Body Bar, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Our appointments are confirmed at the time of your appointment and at least 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks or months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file for all appointments booked with us.

"No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period that need to be cancelled must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time in order to avoid a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Multiple services not cancelled within 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved amount.

*Arriving more than 15 minutes past an appointment time will result in a cancellation fee and will be rescheduled.

    The cancellation policy allows time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
